Seba Policies


   

• ARTWORK: Normally no additional charge is assessed if clean camera ready artwork with color indication is submitted. Poor quality art or complicated art that results in additional time will incur an art charge. All art charges will be billed at $40.00 per hour.

• Customer provided tape (Tajima format) with a color step sheet is accepted. However, SeaBell will not be responsible for the integrity of the tape.

• COPYRIGHT / TRADEMARK LAWS: SeaBell assumes that all artwork submitted by the customer is in full compliance with the laws governing copyright and/ or trademark. SeaBell will not be held liable for any damages, costs, or expenses arising under these laws as consequences or our use of this artwork.

• CORRECTIONS OR CHANGES: Any changes on an order already in progress may be made depending on the status of the order. The customer agrees to compensate SeaBell for all relevant costs, if any, and allow for additional production time.

• CANCELLATIONS: No cancellations will be accepted without approval from SeaBell. Meanwhile, the customer will be charged for all costs incurred prior to cancellation. Completed orders cannot be canceled.

• EMBROIDERY: Minimum letter height is 1/8". All stitch counts are estimated and can only be determined by actually punching a tape. The maximum size for front embroidery is approx. 3'' height x 5 1/2'' width. The size will vary depending on the cap style.

• OVERRUNS & UNDERRUNS: Due to the difficulty of manufacturing the exact quantities, SeaBell reserves the right to ship 3% or under the quantities ordered as completed orders.

• DISCLAIMERS: Due to uncontrollable circumstances, SeaBell will not be liable for variances in color, shade, or texture of finished goods. We reserve the right to change, correct, or improve goods without prior notice. No adjustments or claims will be processed regarding these variances.

• PMS: Color may not match exactly, only near tonal values may be expected. PMS color may vary from the original order and reorders.

• PROOFS & SPECS: Digital photo or picture proofs or pre-production samples are available before production. Additional lead-time is necessary if order is to be proofed.

• PAYMENT TERMS: A 30% deposit is required with the balance due prior to delivery, unless prior credit has been approved. Orders are not put into production until deposit is received.

• RETURNED CHECKS: All returned checks, for any reason, will be charged a $20.00 handling fee.

• PRODUCTION & DELIVERY: Delivery depends upon fabric stock availability, size of the order, sample approval time, and credit clearance. SeaBell is not liable for delays regarding customers, quota, natural disasters, and steamship delays.

• RUSH DELIVERY: Rush delivery is available at an additional charge.

• FREIGHT: SeaBell is not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier. All goods are shipped uninsured. Title to the goods is passed to the buyer at the F.O.B. point. If shipping method is not specified on P.O. house carrier will be selected. All shipments are F.O.B. Los Angeles, CA. Drop shipments will be charged $6.00 per shop ship location. $10.00 to open case.

• EMAIL, PHONE & FAX ORDERS: Must be confirmed immediately in writing for the order to be processed.

• PRICE CHANGES: Due to the unforeseen circumstances in the marketplace, SeaBell reserves the right to change or alter prices without future notice. All prices must be confirmed prior to your format submission of order for processing.

• RETURN POLICY: No returned of product will be accepted without prior authorization of SeaBell Corporation. If product is return after 15 days of receipt of goods, 15% restocking charge will be applied.

• VISA & MASTER CARD is accepted.
